Transportation Network Companies

The Arkansas Public Service Commission currently regulates three Transportation
Network Companies as defined in Ark. Code Ann. § 23-13-702(2): Rasier, LLC, Lyft
Drives Arkansas, Inc., and SendaRide, Inc. Transportation Network Companies must
comply with the requirements of the “Transportation Network Company Services Act”
(Ark. Code Ann. §§ 23-13-701, et. seq.). The Commission may hear complaints about
violations by Transportation Network Companies of the Transportation Network
Company Services Act and Commission Rules.


What The Commission Does Not Regulate:

The Commission does not regulate the rates of Transportation Network Companies or
terms or conditions of services outside of the Transportation Network Company
Services Act. The Commission does not have jurisdiction over Transportation Network
Companies concerning state and federal laws or regulations of general applicability that
apply to transportation network companies and transportation network company drivers.
Transportation Network Companies Certification Information:
Applications for certification as a Transportation Network Companies are made in
accordance with Section 2 of the Commission’s Transportation Network Company
Services Rules.
